Review
Application : It is a jet black mascara that gives you a lot of volume without the clunky look. I applied 3 coats and it still looked beautifully separated.
It did not however curl my lashes but neither did I expect that nor the product promised that.
The packaging is one of the most stunning and it felt more like an ornament (with the weight) rather than a typical beauty product.
Pro Tip: If you find yourself transferring mascara to the eye lids when you put mascara on, try look down, have a mirror by your chin and do not look up while you are applying the mascara.
Does it last? It lasted all day (from 6 am to 11 pm) without moving in to my skin or looking stiff and usual eye makeup remover takes it off.
Value for Money - It is by far the most expensive mascara I have ever purchased. On one side of the equation, I have never seen a more beautifully made mascara and putting it on adds to the experience of luxury. On the other side, £45 is a lot for a mascara, even for a very good one. So it is not a must have, but if you can afford it, I suggest you try it, or it will make a great gift to spoil someone you love.
Final Score - 9/10 only because of the price tag!
